TECHNICAL REPORT AND MINERAL RESOURCE ESTIMATE ON THE CADILLAC PROJECT

Cartier has filed its updated NI 43‑101 Technical Report for the Cadillac Project (January 27, 2026), integrating over 530,000 metres of drilling. The new Mineral Resource Estimate shows significant growth, with 767,800 oz Au in Measured & Indicated resources (+7%) and 2,416,900 oz Au in Inferred resources (+48%). The update highlights strong underground potential supported by existing mine infrastructure, expanded mineralized zones over 9 km, and a substantial exploration target of 600,000 to 1.1 million additional ounces.
